TVC is an expert team designing, building and integrating OB vans in-house under one roof concept. TVC has designed and built over 70 custom built OB vans. OB TEAM is the product of this long list of unique OB vans and solutions created over the years. OB TEAM combines great exterior looks, ergonomic interior designs and high build quality. Standardized coach solutions ensure timely delivery, well defined project scope and budgets. Together with one of the readily available and matching system solutions the OB TEAM shall meet the requirements of all production scenarios from 4 to 24 cameras.

OB TEAM vans are designed to ensure operational comfort and uninterrupted productions. Producers and operators spend numerous hours working in OB vans. For production teams to achieve best results it must be an ergonomic and pleasant working environment. All finishing materials of OB TEAM vans are of high quality and matched to create a cohesive design. Natural wood decorations are used extensively to create an upscale office environment. All working surfaces are robust to withstand long years of operations and designed to ensure operator's comfort. Operator controlled equipment is placed within hand's reach and exactly where it is needed. All separated audio rooms are additionally noise isolated. Operational lights allows to control exact light intensity over each console desk and during preparations ensures you have light where you need it - inside and outside. Innovative air-ventilation system ensures constant supply of fresh, odor free air, constant air flow and temperature within all OB van areas.

While productions are getting more sophisticated OB vans need to accommodate larger production teams. Expanding sides are now standard with most OB vans beyond 10 camera productions. OB TEAM vans offer a variety of expanding body solutions creating space to accomodate the largest production teams. Operation of expanding sides is controlled centrally with a touch of a button and monitored by numerous sensors installed across an OB van to guarantee flawless process. It is a fully automated and hassel free operation.

Productions must go on even in case of emergency. TVC excels to avoid these situations, but just in case, every critical component of an OB van is either redundant or easily bypassed in case of emergency. Expanding sides are autonomously powered and in case of an unlikely system failure can be operated manually with only minutes of delay. All areas in an OB van are equipped with dual air conditioning units so that no matter what your production is always under controlled environment. Cooling and heating capacity is estimated carefully for prevailing climate conditions of each project country and provides at least 20% extra capacity in case an external unit fails. Isolated power systems with single as well as dual inputs with manual or automatic switching is available. Protected by comprehensive monitoring and control equipment the power systems by TVC guarantees safety and continuous operations under the most critical circumstances.
